1. Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, installing, or using the PayzoBILL mobile POS software and online database sync services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not access or use the application.
2. Software Use & License
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the PayzoBILL app for your internal retail business operations. You may not reverse engineer, modify, decompile, or copy the software code.
3. Data and Security
All transactional databases are stored locally on your devices and synchronized to our cloud systems when online. You are solely responsible for protecting your staff log-in credentials. We are not liable for sales data loss caused by system modifications or hardware damage.
4. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate account access for users who violate intellectual property rights or engage in fraudulent activities using the billing software.
