We collect basic merchant contact details (name, business address, email, phone number) when you register for PayzoBILL, along with system logs to debug hardware integrations. We do not sell or lease your customer transaction details to any third-party marketing companies.
2. Local and Cloud Storage
Your transaction databases are stored locally on your device in SQL/IndexedDB caches. This enables 100% offline billing. Once connection is established, this data is transferred using end-to-end encryption protocols to secure cloud servers for analytics and backups.
3. Data Rights
You retain complete ownership of your catalog and sales records. You may export your transaction files to excel or request a complete wipe of your cloud sync record databases by writing to our compliance officer at support@payzobill.com.
