Cancellation and Refund Policy

1. Hardware Purchase Refunds
We offer a 7-day return policy on all physical hardware components (Bluetooth thermal printers and barcode scanners). If the hardware is defective or you change your mind within 7 days of delivery, you can request a replacement or a full refund, provided the equipment is returned in its original packaging with all accessories intact.
2. Software Subscriptions
Software licenses and cloud subscription services are billed annually or monthly. You may cancel your subscription at any time. Canceled accounts will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle, but we do not offer pro-rated refunds for unused days during the subscription period.
3. 1-Year Hardware Warranty
All premium bundles (App + Printer, Full Station) come with a comprehensive 1-year replacement warranty. If your thermal printer or scanner encounters mechanical failures or technical faults within 12 months, contact our support team to receive doorstep hardware replacement shipping across India at no extra charge.
4. How to Request Support
For all cancellations, refunds, or hardware warranty requests, please send an email to our logistics department at support@payzobill.com with your order invoice number and hardware photos.
